The private bath is wonderful. It is an exceptionally comfortable room. The location is close to Kinrin Lake. We unfortunately visited on the day that the hotel’s restaurant is closed, but the staff is extremely helpful and helped us book another nearby restaurant in advance.

the hotel is 35 years old but was renovated five years ago so it felt new while retained its charm. has an elevator so suitable for elderly folks. both dinner and breakfast were wonderful (and way too much food!) service was warm and friendly. they tried their best to converse in English and it was more than enough.
