I really like the location, the shuttle van、The room is very spacious, comfortable and bright The service staff are also very friendly, The room and bathroom are very clean, and the entire public area is also very clean and beautifully maintained. The presentation of the food is just like a regular high-end restaurant. The presentation is very good.

the hotel is 35 years old but was renovated five years ago so it felt new while retained its charm. has an elevator so suitable for elderly folks. both dinner and breakfast were wonderful (and way too much food!) service was warm and friendly. they tried their best to converse in English and it was more than enough.

The private bath is wonderful. It is an exceptionally comfortable room. The location is close to Kinrin Lake. We unfortunately visited on the day that the hotel’s restaurant is closed, but the staff is extremely helpful and helped us book another nearby restaurant in advance.

The staff is super nice, friendly and sweet! The room is very clean and beautifully-designed. We had the relaxing stay, and will definitely want to go back again!!
